(1)卷闸门门帘和易锈部位，应进行定期防腐、油漆及保养处理，禁止用重物、硬物冲击门面。

(3)卷闸门操作时，操作者必须站在能看到卷门运行状态的位置进行操作，否则易发生意外而受损。

(4)卷闸门底梁座上限位置必须与轴承架下端保持大于200mm的距离，以确保制动停止时不发生冲顶现象。

(5)卷门机在运行、滑行、传动等部位应定期检查（至少每年2次），并根据需要及时加油，以保证卷闸门的正常使用。

(6)卷闸门在启闭停止过程中，应具备随位停止之功能，不应有停止而继续下滑现象，如发生下滑距离大于50mm的情况出现，应立即对卷闸门控制电器和卷门机制动器进行仔细检查修理，运行正常为止。

(7)卷闸门安装位置的上端应有可靠的防火设施，在卷闸门的卷筒下端做包箱或吊顶时必须设置可拆式活动盖板，在电动卷门机一侧下端必须预留500×500mm可拆检修孔，以便于维修保养。
(7) The upper end of the installation position of the rolling gate shall be provided with reliable fire prevention facilities. When the package box or ceiling is made at the lower end of the reel of the rolling gate, the removable cover plate must be set up, and a 500 × 500mm removable manhole must be reserved at the lower end of one side of the electric rolling door machine to facilitate maintenance.
(8)卷闸门门帘和卷门机禁止与酸、碱性物溶液接触，以防腐蚀门帘表面。所有电动控制的卷闸门，启闭运行方向必须与开关箱指示相同，特别是在新接通电源试车或外来输入电源变换相线时，应先使用手动装置将门帘置于门洞高度 1/2的位置，接通电源后试操作卷门启闭，直到与指示相附，方可正常使用，否则损坏限位器，引起卷帘反卷或冲顶等而造成损失。
(8) It is forbidden to contact with acid and alkali solution for rolling gate curtain and rolling machine to prevent corrosion of curtain surface. For all electrically controlled rolling gates, the opening and closing operation direction must be the same as the switch box indication, especially when the new power supply is connected for test run or the external input power is used to change the phase line, the manual device shall be used to put the curtain at the door opening height 1 / 2 position, after connecting the power supply, try to operate the rolling door to open and close until it is attached with the indication. Otherwise, the limiter will be damaged and the shutter will be rolled backward or pushed to the top.
